Back Office Operations (Transaction Processing)

• Designation: Associate
• Qualification: B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BCA, BBM, BMS, BA, B.Sc (except Agriculture/Horticulture)
• Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, 2025
• Experience: 0–6 months
• Responsibilities: Process transactional data, ensure accuracy, and support business operations
• Skills: Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to shift work
• Positions: Multiple

Eligibility Criteria

• Full-time graduates from B.Com, BAF, BBI, BBA, BCA, BBM, BMS, BA, B.Sc (excluding Agriculture/Horticulture) from recognized universities
• Highest qualification must be a graduate degree (no postgraduates)
• Up to 1 active backlog allowed at interview; must be cleared before joining
• Academic gap not exceeding 24 months, with relevant proof
• Age: 18–28 years
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
• Only full-time courses; part-time/correspondence courses not eligible
• NIOS candidates eligible if other courses are full-time

Selection Process

1. Aptitude Test: Assesses cognitive skills (numerical, verbal, reasoning)
2. Interview: Technical and HR rounds (subject to clearing aptitude test)
