Job Opportunity: Executive – Microbiologist
We are seeking a skilled microbiologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role involves rotational shift work and is open to male candidates only.
Executive – Microbiologist
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Location: Poicha (Rania), Vadodara, Gujarat
- Department: Microbiology
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Microbial Limit Testing (MLT) for granules, premixes, encapsulated products, raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), and control samples
- Perform aseptic environmental monitoring and Gram staining
- Execute bioburden and USP testing per EU and ISO guidelines
- Validate microbial recovery methods
- Conduct water sampling and pathogen analysis
- Prepare media, perform growth promotion tests, and qualify cleanroom areas (Grade A-D)
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MLT, bioburden, and USP testing
- Experience with aseptic techniques, environmental monitoring, and Gram staining
- Knowledge of EU/ISO standards and GMP compliance
- Familiarity with cleanroom qualification (Grade A-D) and media preparation
