Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review SOPs and DQA guidelines.
- Review drug substance documents (protocols, SOPs, test methods, BMR, BPR, ROAS, COAs) for technical and compliance accuracy with PRD, ARD, and QC teams.
- Evaluate process development documents (KSM/KRM identification, specification proposals, analytical method validation, stability protocols, safety studies).
- Investigate laboratory incidents, OOS, OOT, identifying root causes and implementing CAPA.
- Assess and close change control requests and deviations.
- Ensure CAPA implementation and verify effectiveness.
- Maintain and report quality metrics for compliance.
Preferred Profile
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience:
- 2–3 years as a Process Chemist in API development.
- 6–7 years in API Quality Assurance.
- Total 10–14 years in pharmaceuticals.
- Skills:
- Expertise in reviewing KSM/KRM identification, analytical method validation, and stability reports.
- Proficiency in cGMP, USFDA, and ICH guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of QMS (OOS, OOT, CAPA, deviations).
- Competencies: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration.
