Job Opportunity: Production (Sterile Injectables)
We’re seeking candidates for Production roles in injectables, lyophilization, bag line, and dry powder filling. Candidates must have expertise in aseptic operations and cGMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform compounding, filtration, vial sealing, and dry powder filling per batch manufacturing records.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment like lyophilizers and filling machines.
- Ensure cleanliness of compounding and APA areas.
- Maintain online documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc./B.Pharmacy/M.Sc./M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 0-4 Years (Freshers from 2024/2025 or experienced in injectables)
- Skills:
- Expertise in compounding, aseptic operations, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of lyophilization, bag line operations, and dry powder filling.
- Familiarity with cGMP, BMR, and online documentation.
Roles Available
- Line Chemist: Oversee vial sealing and compounding.
- Filling Operators: Manage dry powder filling and aseptic filling.
- Cleaning Operators: Ensure cleanroom standards and APA compliance.
- Bag Line Operators: Handle bag line production and filtration.
