Key Responsibilities
As a Sales professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage western region customers, focusing on FSSAI regulatory compliance testing.
- Achieve sales targets as per the annual budget for the testing category.
- Onboard new customers to expand NBHC’s market reach.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Create awareness about NBHC’s testing services and upcoming offerings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Meet accounts receivable (AR) targets as per budget.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and payments per company policy.
Eligibility Criteria
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–5 years in sales or business development, preferably in laboratory testing or regulatory compliance.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
