We’re seeking a skilled scientist to join our Formulation Research & Development team, focusing on drug formulation and process development for solid oral dosage forms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules, pellets) for US, EU, Canada, and other regulated markets.
- Design formulation and process strategies, including literature reviews, pre-formulation trials, and lab experiments.
- Apply QbD principles to optimize robust, scalable formulations within timelines.
- Plan and execute pilot BE batches, ensuring timely sample submission for bioequivalence studies.
- Document observations in Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) with accuracy.
- Coordinate with analytical, regulatory, production, QC, and purchase teams for project execution.
- Prepare and review specifications for in-process and finished products.
- Develop protocols, technology transfer documents, stability reports, and product development reports (PDR).
- Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth execution of commercial batches.
- Basic understanding of bio-study evaluation to support formulation optimization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Industrial Pharmacy.
- Experience: 7–10 years in formulation and process development of solid oral dosage forms for regulated markets (US, EU, Canada).
- Preferred Experience:
- Work on NCE-1, F2F, or 505(b)(2) projects.
- Prior experience in Oncology formulations.
- Skills:
- Expertise in QbD/DOE, pre-formulation, and scale-up processes.
- Proficiency in literature searches using databases (e.g., PubMed, SciFinder).
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., HPLC, dissolution testing) and bio-study evaluation.
- Strong documentation skills for PDR, TTD, and stability reports.
- Experience with ELN and CGMP compliance.
- Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Note: Candidates with Oncology experience are preferred.
