Job Opportunity: Production Chemist
We’re hiring Production Chemists with experience in USFDA-approved API plants to support our manufacturing operations in Bidar.
- Position: Production Chemist
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech (Chemical Engineering), Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
- Experience: 2–8 years in USFDA-approved API plants
- Responsibilities:
- Execute production batches as per the manufacturing plan, ensuring timely delivery.
- Operate API equipment (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers) and manage batch processes.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters to maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EU-GMP).
- Maintain accurate BMR, log sheets, and SOP documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth production operations.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with API manufacturing and batch process operations.
- Knowledge of cGMP, USFDA regulations, and safety protocols.
