Job Responsibilities
- Setup and Operation of Equipment: Operate aseptic filling machines, sealing machines, sterilization units, and vial washing equipment per SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Sterilization and Sanitization: Ensure all equipment and materials are sterilized and sanitized to maintain aseptic conditions and prevent contamination.
- Quality Assurance: Perform in-process checks, including visual inspections, measurement verifications, and sampling for microbiological testing.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate batch records, equipment logs, and deviation reports to comply with GMP and regulatory standards.
