Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Officers to Executives for the Quality Control (API – Wet Analysis) department to support our API manufacturing operations at our USFDA-approved facility.
Job Details

- Experience: 1–5 years in wet chemical analysis
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- Job Location: Hetero Labs Limited (Unit-1), Sangareddy, Telangana
Job Responsibilities
Perform wet chemical analysis techniques, including:
- Karl Fischer titration (KF) for moisture content determination.
- Potentiometric titration for quantitative analysis.
- pH measurements to ensure product compliance.
- Particle Size Distribution (PSD) analysis using Malvern instruments.
- Conduct daily calibration of laboratory instruments, such as analytical balances and pH meters.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing, calibration, and quality control activities.
- Support laboratory investigations for deviations, OOS, and OOT results.
