- Position: Medical Coder Trainee
- Qualification: Graduate in Life Sciences (e.g., B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Zoology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields)
- Experience: Freshers (no prior experience required)
- Job Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo a structured training program to master medical coding principles (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Apply coding standards to healthcare records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Review patient charts and assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes.
- Collaborate with the coding team to maintain data integrity and support billing processes.
- Stay updated on medical coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
