- Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology), M.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Experience: 3-7 years
Skills:
- Expertise in CHO expression system and upstream fermentation
- Process development in microbiology
- Project planning and execution
Analytical Laboratory
Support analytical testing and process development for biotherapeutics.
- Designation: Apprentice, Project Trainee, Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology), M.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Experience: 0-7 years
Skills:
- Chromatography (RP, HIC, IEX, SEC), electrophoresis, spectrophotometric assays
- Higher-order characterization for biotherapeutics
- Data analysis and laboratory support
Bio Immunoassay Laboratory
Lead bioassay development and technology transfer for biosimilars.
- Designation: Project Trainee, Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology), M.Tech (Biotechnology)
- Experience: 0-7 years
Skills:
- Method development for HCP, HCDNA, binding ELISA, SPR, BET assays
- Technology transfer and qualification
