Engineering Services (Sterile & OSD)
Support critical systems in sterile and oral solid dosage manufacturing.
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Tech
- Experience: 2-10 years
Skills:
- Process Mechanical & Electrical, Maintenance
- Process HVAC, Instrumentation, Water System
Production OSD Formulations
Manage oral solid dosage production and packing processes.
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BA, B.Sc., B.Pharmacy, M.Sc., M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-8 years
Skills:
- Operators: Coating, Compression, Granulation, Capsule Filling, Blister CAM, Oral Liquid
- Packing Operators: Primary and Secondary Packing, CVC
Production Injectables Formulations
Operate sterile injectable manufacturing lines.
- Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc., B.Tech, B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-8 years
Skills:
- Operators: Bottle Filling (Aseptic), PFS, Vial, Ophthalmic Filling
- Machine sealing/capping, product/disinfectant filtration
- Logbook/BMR recording, PHT, CIP, SIP operations
