We are hiring for Manufacturing (Drug Product & Drug Substance) and Engineering & Maintenance roles at our Ahmedabad facility. Candidates with 0-12 years of experience are welcome.
Manufacturing: Drug Product
Support sterile vaccine production processes.
- Qualification: M.Sc., B.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Virology, Biochemical), B.Tech, Diploma
- Experience: 0-5 years
Skills (Shift applicable):
- Sterile aseptic operations, autoclave operation
- Formulation, vial washing, depyrogenation
- Filling (Vials, BFS, PFS), sealing, capping
- C-RABS, O-RABS, isolator operations
- BMR/QMS documentation
Manufacturing: Drug Substance
Manage upstream and downstream vaccine processes.
- Qualification: M.Sc., B.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Virology, Biochemical), B.Tech, Diploma
- Experience: 0-5 years
Skills (Shift applicable):
- Sterile aseptic operations, autoclave/DHS operation
- Automated CIP/SIP, cell culture aseptic operations
- Zonal centrifuge operation, facility commissioning
- QMS, deviation, change control, CAPA, investigations
Engineering & Maintenance
Ensure operational excellence in vaccine manufacturing.
- Qualification: B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, ITI (Fitter, Instrumentation)
- Experience: 4-12 years
- Skills (Shift applicable):
- Equipment and utility maintenance
- Instrumentation, calibration, HVAC, EMS-BMS
- Water systems operation
- Automation (Robotic, PLC-SCADA programming)
- QMS/documentation
