Job Opportunity: Manager (GC, GC-MS)

Lead analytical research using GC and GC-MS techniques in our state-of-the-art laboratory.

• Department: Analytical Research
• Position: Manager (GC, GC-MS)
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry), M.Pharm, or equivalent
• Experience: 10+ years in GC and GC-MS operations, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
• Vacancies: 1

Responsibilities:

• Oversee GC and GC-MS analysis for extractable/leachable studies, volatile organic substance studies, and chemical characterization
• Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods per regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, ICH)
• Manage sample preparation, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting (e.g., Agilent 7890B GC with 5977B MSD)
• Supervise a team, ensuring data integrity, GLP compliance, and accurate documentation
• Review and interpret analytical data, prepare technical reports, and support client audits

Skills:

• Expertise in GC, GC-MS, and GC-MS/MS (e.g., Agilent MassHunter, ChemStation)
• Strong knowledge of method development, validation, and QMS (deviation, CAPA)
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (USFDA, EMA, GLP)

• Work Location: Matoda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Work Schedule: General shift, with flexibility for project demands
