Role: Medical Coder II (HCC Coders for HEDIS)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1.2 years in HCC coding (candidates with HEDIS experience preferred)
Certification: Active certification through AAPC or AHIMA (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Apply expertise in Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, and ICD Guidelines to ensure accurate coding.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding practices.
Preference for candidates with experience in HEDIS (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set).
Commitment to building a long-term career in HCC coding.
Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
