Note: Candidates must have experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing plants and exposure to regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA).

Quality Control

• Cadre: Staff

Desired Profile:

• Conduct analysis of raw materials, finished products, in-process, and stability samples.
• Proficient in using instruments like HPLC, UV, Dissolution Apparatus, GC, IR, and AAS.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards.

Quality Assurance

• Cadre: Staff
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 1–4 years

Desired Profile:

• Handle In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) functions for production, packing, and liquid packing.
• Manage documentation, change controls, and deviation handling.
• Support regulatory audits and ensure cGMP compliance.

Production

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 1–4 years

Desired Profile:

• Operate and manage compression, granulation, and coating machines.
• Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Packing

• Cadre: Staff / Operator
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 1–4 years

Desired Profile:

• Handle blister packing and liquid manufacturing/packing operations.
• Ensure compliance with packing standards and regulatory documentation.
• Support quality checks and cGMP adherence.

Engineering

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)
• Experience: 2–4 years

Desired Profile:

• Perform plant maintenance for OSD manufacturing equipment (compression, granulation, coating, blister packing, cartonator).
• Troubleshoot and maintain machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation.

Stores

• Cadre: Staff / Operator
• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Experience: 1–4 years

Desired Profile:

• Manage raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) dispensing.
• Handle SAP operations and inventory management.
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and regulatory documentation.
