Walk-In Interview Details

  • Date: July 1–6, 2025 (Tuesday to Sunday)
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Venue & Job Location: Arene Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., Unit-II, Survey No. 412/A, Veliminedu Village, Chityal (Mandal), Nalgonda (District), Telangana – 508114

Required Documents:

  • Updated resume (2 copies)
  • Original and photocopies of educational certificates
  • Last 3 months’ payslips and latest increment letter

Note:

  • Candidates must have experience in API manufacturing and exposure to regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP).
  • Candidates interviewed at Arene Lifesciences in the last 6 months are ineligible.

Open Positions

1. Engineering / Maintenance

Roles:

  • Electrical: Technician / Officer
  • Fitters: Technician / Officer
  • Documentation: Officer
  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E (Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Experience: 3–5 years in API plant maintenance
  • Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance of process equipment (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers) and electrical systems.
  • Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Manage maintenance documentation for regulatory compliance (USFDA, EDQM).
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
  • Key Skills: Knowledge of API plant equipment, electrical systems, and regulatory documentation.

2. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Designation: Officer / Executive
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Environmental Science, Chemistry) / Diploma in Industrial Safety
  • Experience: Freshers or 1–3 years in EHS for API manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Implement EHS policies and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and training programs.
  • Manage effluent treatment plant (ETP) operations and waste disposal.
  • Maintain EHS documentation for regulatory audits (WHO-GMP, USFDA).

3. Production

  • Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience: 2–5 years in API production

  • Operate and monitor API production processes (e.g., synthesis, crystallization).
  • Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure cGMP compliance.
  • Handle sensitive and critical reactions while adhering to safety protocols.

  • Key Skills: Experience in API bulk drug production and regulatory compliance.

4. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

  • Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry)
  • Experience: 2–5 years in IPQA for API manufacturing

  • Handle dispensing, storage, and documentation per cGMP standards.
