• Original and photocopies of educational certificates (B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc/M.Sc)

Note:

• Candidates must have experience in regulated chemical/pharma/polymer plants (e.g., USFDA, EDQM).
• Candidates interviewed at SRF in the last 6 months are ineligible.

Open Positions

1. Senior Executive – Production

• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Full-Time, First Class Mandatory, no breaks in education)
• Experience: 3–6 years in chemical plant operations
• Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Manage production processes involving equipment like distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers, and pumps.
• Operate DCS (Distributed Control System) for process control (minimum 2 years of DCS experience required).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, HAZOP, HIRA, and other safety norms.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM).
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in DCS operations and handling critical chemical plant equipment.
• Knowledge of safety systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

2. Junior Officer – Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA)

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
• Experience: 3–6 years in chemical, pharma, or polymer plants
• Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing using GC, GCMS, KF Titrator, and other laboratory equipment.
• Conduct calibration and troubleshooting of QC instruments.
• Execute analytical method validation, verification, and method transfer.
• Maintain documentation per NABL, ISO, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EDQM).
• Support QA activities, including deviation management and audit compliance.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GC, GCMS, and KF Titrator.
• Knowledge of GLP, cGMP, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
