Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Engineering & Maintenance:
    • Manage maintenance of RPHPLC column, centrifuge, fermentor, isolator, lyophilizer, vials, cartridges, PFS, filling machines, utilities, and electrical systems.
    • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment qualification, and QMS activities.
    • Key Skills: Expertise in biopharma equipment, cGMP, and regulatory audits (USFDA, EMA).

    • Handle PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS/EMS, HVAC, autoclave, and tank automation systems.

    • Execute bioprocessing for mAbs and biosimilars using fermentors, centrifuges, and chromatography systems.
    • Ensure cGMP compliance and maintain BMR/BPR.
    • Key Skills: Expertise in bioprocessing, cGMP, and regulatory audits.
  • Process Engineering (mAbs):
    • Optimize monoclonal antibody production processes; support scale-up and validation.
    • Key Skills: Knowledge of mAb manufacturing and process engineering.
  • DP Fill Finish (Medical Devices, DP Packaging, Visual Inspection):
    • Operate track & trace, blister, labeling, and cartonator systems; perform visual inspection and QMS activities.
    • Conduct equipment qualification for filling and packaging lines.
    • Key Skills: Experience in DP packaging, cGMP, and regulatory compliance.
  • Aseptic Manufacturing:
    • Manage isolator, autoclave, lyophilizer, filling, and sealing operations for vials, cartridges, and PFS.
    • Ensure aseptic practices and compliance with cGMP.
    • Key Skills: Expertise in aseptic manufacturing, cGMP, and audit readiness.
