Note:

• Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in synthetic chemistry (small-scale).
• Candidates interviewed at Aurigene in the last 6 months are ineligible.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to CRO/CRDMO environments.

Open Positions

Medicinal Chemistry

• Designation: Scientist / Associate Scientist
• Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
• Experience: 2–5 years in synthetic chemistry (small-scale)
• Vacancies: Multiple (exact number TBD)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute synthetic routes for small molecule drug discovery.
• Perform multi-step organic synthesis, purification, and characterization using techniques like NMR, HPLC, LCMS, and IR.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with GLP and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (biology, DMPK) to support drug discovery projects.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and client reviews.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in small-scale organic synthesis and purification.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, LCMS, IR).
• Knowledge of GLP, cGMP, and CRO/CRDMO workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
