Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, and other API production equipment
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards (USFDA, EDQM)
- Execute batch charging and maintain Batch Production Records (BPR)
- Support process optimization and scale-up activities in API manufacturing
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
Skills Required
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (reactors, centrifuges, batch charging)
- Familiarity with cGMP and safety protocols
- Strong understanding of API production workflows
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with attention to detail
- Freshers: Basic understanding of chemical processes; training provided
