Responsibilities
- Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process
- Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-Serious cases
- Create and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) including:
- Case identification and data entry
- MedDRA coding
- Case processing, submission, and follow-ups in the safety database
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements (e.g., GVP, ICH)
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), or B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: 0-1 years (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance
- Proficiency in English (advanced level)
- Preferred: Familiarity with MedDRA coding or safety databases is a plus
