Position: Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process
• Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-Serious cases
• Create and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) including:
  • Case identification and data entry
  • MedDRA coding
  • Case processing, submission, and follow-ups in the safety database
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements (e.g., GVP, ICH)

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), or B.Sc. Nursing
• Experience: 0-1 years (freshers encouraged to apply)
• Skills:
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level)
• Preferred: Familiarity with MedDRA coding or safety databases is a plus
