Position: Chemical Research Executive / R&D Scientist
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (IDA Jeedimetla)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-5 years

Work Environment: Desk-based with potential for lab and pilot plant activities
Responsibilities
- Conduct process development and lab experiments for APIs and intermediates
- Support technology transfer and pilot plant batch execution
- Prepare development reports and conduct feasibility studies
- Perform purge sample preparation and troubleshoot process issues
- Support process execution at plant level
- Assist in regulatory filing (e.g., DMF preparation) and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Analyze and manage impurities in accordance with ICH guidelines
Requirements
- Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry) / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical R&D, preferably in API process development
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of process development, technology transfer, and lab experimentation
- Experience in preparing development reports and conducting feasibility studies
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, ICH) and DMF filing
- Expertise in impurity profiling and analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC)
- Proficiency in pilot plant operations and troubleshooting
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Preferred: Exposure to USFDA-regulated environments and CDMO projects
