Available Positions

Odon Lifesciences is hiring Operators for our Production Department across multiple units, specializing in various dosage forms. Details include:

Operator (Tablet/Capsule/Injection/Liquid/Cream/Ointment/Oncology)

• Qualifications: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.Pharma
• Experience: 2–6 years (Freshers with strong academic records are welcome)
• Departments: Production, Veterinary, OSD, Liquid, Ointment, Oncology, Injectable, Effervescent, Nutraceuticals, Hormones

Responsibilities:

• Perform manufacturing tasks like granulation, coating, compression, and capsule filling.
• Operate Alu-Alu, blister, and pouch filling/sealing machines.
• Handle injection filling, sealing, and Domino printing.
• Manage oral liquid, tablet, capsule, ointment, and eye drop production.
• Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP standards.

Candidate Preferences

We prioritize candidates with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in sterile injectables, oncology, or oral solid dosage (OSD) forms. Familiarity with GMP, granulation, filling, sealing, blister, and pouch packing processes is a plus. Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.

How to Prepare for the Interview

Arrive with all required documents and be ready to discuss your experience in pharmaceutical production, including tablets, capsules, injections, ointments, creams, or oncology products.
