We’re seeking skilled professionals with CRO and formulation experience for our Chemical Research & Development (CRD) and Formulation Analytical Development (FAD) departments. Below are the details of the roles, qualifications, and required skills.

CRD Research Associate Responsibilities and Skills
- Conduct organic synthesis and multi-step synthesis
- Handle reactions from mg to gram scale
- Apply isolation, separation, and purification techniques
- Characterize organic molecules using NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC
- Demonstrate strong work ethics and positive attitude
- CRO experience mandatory
FAD Research Associate Responsibilities and Skills
- Perform assay, dissolution, and analytical method development for tablets, capsules, and oral solutions
- Conduct ICH stability testing and method validations per ICH/USP/BP guidelines
- Operate Water HPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and KF Auto Titrator
- Prepare reports, protocols, STPs, and SOPs
- Utilize chromatographic software like Empower
- Ensure GLP compliance and data integrity
- Formulation experience mandatory
