We’re hiring for Field Officer (FO), Area Business Manager (ABM), and Sales Manager (SM) roles. Below are the details for each position.
Field Officer (FO)
- Experience: Minimum 6 months
- Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Promote pharmaceutical products in Acute, Derma, and Multi-Speciality therapies
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and report daily activities
Area Business Manager (ABM)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as ABM
- Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales teams to achieve regional targets
- Develop strategic sales plans for Acute and Derma therapies
- Monitor team performance and client engagement
Sales Manager (SM)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as SM
- Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations and strategy for Multi-Speciality therapies
- Drive business growth and market expansion
- Mentor and train sales teams for success
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Acute, Derma, or Multi-Speciality therapy areas
