Internship Overview
As an HR Operations Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our HR processes, ensuring smooth employee experiences. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and contribute to a world-class pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, organize, and manage the employee query queue using internal tools and systems.
- Coordinate with HR partners and other departments for timely and effective query resolution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of queries, updates, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in drafting internal guides and contribute to HR knowledge base materials.
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

- Work Location: Cyber Spazio, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
- Duration: 6 months
- Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Who We’re Looking For
We seek proactive candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, ideally pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
