Job Role: Research Associate – Synthesis R&D (CRO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Organic Synthesis and Multi-step Synthesis
- Managing chemical reactions on scales ranging from milligrams to grams
- Proficient in isolation, separation, and purification techniques
- Experienced in the characterization and identification of organic molecules using:
- NMR Spectroscopy
- IR Spectroscopy
- LCMS
- HPLC
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in Organic Synthesis and related techniques
