Open Positions: Drug Metabolism & Pharmacokinetics (DMPK)
- Roles: In Vitro Bioavailability (BA) Scientist & In Vitro ADME
- Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Pharm / Ph.D.
- Experience: 1-15 years in ADME or In Vitro BA (No In Vivo PK openings)
Skills:
- Expertise in in vitro bioavailability (BA) assays, including permeability (Caco-2, MDCK), solubility, and protein binding.
- Proficiency in ADME studies (e.g., metabolic stability, CYP inhibition/induction, transporter assays).
- Familiarity with analytical techniques like LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) for DMPK studies.
- Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot in vitro experiments.
Job Profile:
- Conduct in vitro BA and ADME studies to support drug discovery and development.
- Develop and validate assays for drug metabolism, permeability, and transporter interactions.
- Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with cGLP and regulatory standards.
