Open Positions at Emcure
We are hiring for the following roles at our Surendranagar OSD plant. Each position requires specific qualifications, experience, and skills to ensure operational excellence.
Production (OSD) – Officer/Executive
This role focuses on ensuring high-quality production in granulation, compression, and coating processes while adhering to GMP standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor granulation, compression, and coating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
- Maintain production records and minimize downtime.
- Support process validation and quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
- M.Pharm or B.Pharm.
- 1-5 years of experience in OSD production.
- Knowledge of granulation, compression, and coating processes.
Production (OSD) – Operator/Technician
Technicians in this role handle production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations in the OSD facility.
Responsibilities:
- Operate granulation, compression, and coating machinery (e.g., GEA, Cadmach, Fette, Korsch).
- Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitization.
- Maintain production documentation as per GMP standards.
- Support batch manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma.
- 1-5 years of experience in OSD production.
- Familiarity with production equipment and GMP compliance.
Quality Control (OSD) – Officer/Executive
Quality Control professionals ensure product quality through testing and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products using HPLC, LIMS, and GLP.
- Handle QMS activities like deviations, OOS, and CAPA.
- Maintain lab records and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Operate analytical instruments like Waters HPLC and Perkin GC.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- 2-7 years of experience in quality control.
- Proficiency in HPLC, LIMS, and GLP processes.
Warehouse (QMS/Officer/Operator)
Warehouse professionals manage inventory and ensure compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and dispense raw materials as per BMR.
- Manage inventory using SAP/ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, B.Sc., or ITI.
- 2-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and inventory management tools.
Engineering – Officer/Electrician
Engineers ensure the smooth operation of plant machinery through maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment like FBD, RMG, and compression machines.
- Handle plant maintenance, instrumentation, and electrical breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
- Support utility operations and documentation.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech, BE, Diploma, or ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance or instrumentation.
- Expertise in handling electrical breakdowns and maintenance.
Packing (OSD) – Operator/Technician
Packing professionals ensure efficient primary and secondary packing operations while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform primary and secondary packing activities as per the packing plan.
- Complete BPRs, logbooks, and daily records.
- Conduct in-process checks and balance verification.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI.
- 1-5 years of experience in OSD packing.
- Knowledge of primary and secondary packing processes.
