Job Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager

Required Skills:

1. QA-Validation & CSV
   • Validation, qualification, and requalification of HVAC, process & packing equipment, utilities, etc.
   • Preparation and review of URS, DQ, FAT, SAT & SOPs for computerized systems.
   • Preparation and review of computerized systems qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and reports.
   • Conducting System Level Impact Assessments (SLIA) and ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annexure 11.
2. In-Process QA (IPQA)
   • Participation in media fill activities and process validation.
   • Review of logbooks and handling incidents in utility areas (HVAC, water systems, compressed air systems).
   • Managing in-process checks in the filling and packing area.
3. IT QA
   • Ensuring quality and compliance by building validated IT applications and analytical systems.
   • Auditing computerized systems for compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP requirements.
   • Conducting supplier assessments and IT risk assessments.
