What You Will Achieve

In this crucial role, you will provide operational support for our Global Labeling team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build a career in Regulatory Affairs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage labeling documents within our Global Document Management System (GDMS).
• Facilitate the workflow of documents through our corporate repository.
• Finalize and check documents post-Quality Control, ensuring all properties are correctly updated.
• Manage document status and notify internal stakeholders of their availability.
• Order and manage Structured Product Labeling (SPL) for U.S. prescribing information.
• Ensure compliance with all company submission standards, policies, and procedures.
• Consolidate labeling versions and comments from reviewers and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare comparison tables to support labeling team discussions.
• Edit and format labeling documents to comply with appropriate templates.
• Update and maintain the Core Data Sheet (CDS) log.
• Set and manage timelines for the review and approval of labeling documents.
• Track labeling projects and ensure the optimal use of our systems.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a science or life sciences-related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of practical experience.

• A basic understanding of regulatory requirements for labeling.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
