Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our Client Services team. Your primary duties will include:
- Developing a familiarity with Advarra’s Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) systems.
- Supporting various functions, including Translation Management, Safety Reporting, and IRB submissions.
- Documenting issues and effectively utilizing software to ensure a high turnaround for Study Start-Up.
- Monitoring customer escalations and ensuring their timely resolution.
- Working closely with your reporting manager to complete assigned tasks with a focus on quality and productivity.
- Utilizing internal case management software to track and complete daily assignments.
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the clinical research field.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology, industry regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.
Preferred Qualifications
- 0-1 year of internship experience in areas such as clinical trial coordination, Study Start-Up, Regulatory Affairs, or clinical data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high-energy, positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer support.
- A proactive approach and a sense of ownership in all tasks.
