Job Summary: HR Executive
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the complete, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles within our pharmaceutical operations. You will partner with hiring managers across key departments like R&D, QA, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs to attract and hire top talent. This role is crucial for ensuring we have the right people to drive our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for all pharma-related positions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates using various channels, including job portals, professional social media platforms (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and create a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule subsequent interview rounds, gather feedback from interviewers, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle the complete offer process, including salary negotiation, offer letter release, and seamless onboarding coordination.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment dashboards and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in strict compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technical skills, and professional competencies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of dedicated recruitment experience is required. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Education:Â A post-graduate degree in Human Resources (MBA – HR) is required.
Technical and Professional Skills:
- Recruitment Tools:Â High proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment software.
- HRMS:Â Prior experience with an HRMS platform will be considered a significant advantage.
- Communication:Â Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Time Management:Â Proven ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
