Each position requires specific expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
IPQA / Documentation Professional
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in a pharmaceutical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the production floor.
- Managing and reviewing GMP documentation, including batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and SOPs.
- Ensuring all processes comply with established quality control protocols.
- Handling deviation management, change control, and CAPA processes.
Production Shift Incharge
- Experience Required: Significant experience in pharmaceutical production leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the entire production shift operations.
- Ensuring production targets are met while strictly adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Leading, training, and motivating a team of production chemists and operators.
- Troubleshooting process issues and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations.
Production Chemist
- Experience Required: 1 to 5 years in a pharmaceutical production unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing various stages of the API manufacturing process as per standard procedures.
- Operating and maintaining production equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Accurately documenting process parameters and activities in logbooks and BMRs.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping (5S) and EHS standards in the plant.
Maintenance Deputy Manager / Manager
- Experience Required: 12 to 15 years in a pharmaceutical or chemical plant maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the plant maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.
- Managing utility operations (like HVAC, WFI, compressed air) and ensuring their uninterrupted availability.
- Planning and executing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Managing spare parts inventory and contributing to capital expenditure projects.
