🎯 Key Responsibilities

As an R&D Specialist at ADCAN Pharma, you will:

Lead and execute generic formulation development projects following Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
Support technology transfer activities across manufacturing sites.
Manage regulatory market filing for global submissions.
Plan and organize day-to-day research activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize formulations for improved outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with ICH, WHO, EMA, and FDA guidelines, as well as GMP standards.

🏆 Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy (advanced certifications preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in formulation development and technology transfer.
Knowledge of regulatory expectations across US, EU, and international markets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Professional pharmaceutical license or certification (preferred).
Proficiency in software systems for data analysis and reporting.

✅ Preferred Qualifications

Additional certifications in regulatory compliance.
Experience working on global market filings (USFDA, EMA, WHO).
Strong exposure to cross-departmental collaboration within pharma operations.
