Mastering the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain

The Regional Distribution Manager will be a pivotal figure in ensuring the seamless flow of products from the company to the end consumer. This role demands a blend of logistical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership to manage and optimize the distribution channels within their designated zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Drive the performance of Carrying and Forwarding Agents (CFAs) by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring operational excellence.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all CFA operations strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
• Inventory Control: Implement healthy inventory management practices across the entire value chain to prevent stockouts and minimize wastage.
• Network Expansion: Play a crucial role as a key decision-maker in the appointment of new stockists to enhance market penetration.
• Financial Oversight: Manage credit facilities for stockists effectively, ensuring timely collection against sales to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Returns Management: Oversee and strategize the reduction of product returns from stockists within the zone.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the regional sales team to resolve any issues related to CFAs and stockists.
