Trainee – Quality Control

As a Quality Control Trainee, you will be integral to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy. You’ll gain hands-on experience with various analytical techniques and quality systems, playing a crucial role in our commitment to excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Sc. in Organic, Analytical, Applied, or Industrial Chemistry.
Must be from the 2025 pass-out batch only.
No existing backlogs or ATKT at the time of application.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts is a must.

Trainee – Manufacturing

In the role of a Manufacturing Trainee, you will be at the heart of our production operations. You will learn to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. This role is perfect for those with a strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.

Eligibility Criteria:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Must be from the 2025 pass-out batch only.
No existing backlogs or ATKT at the time of application.
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

The Alembic Recruitment Process

Our selection process is designed to identify promising talent through a structured evaluation.

Written Test: This initial stage includes a combination of technical and aptitude assessments. Candidates must clear both sections to proceed.
Scheduled Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be invited for a personal interview with our technical and HR panels.
