We’re Looking For: Sr. Officer – F & D

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable professional to take on a key role in our development laboratory. You will be responsible for various stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial trials to technology transfer and regulatory support.

Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

As a Senior Officer in our F&D department, you will be entrusted with a range of critical tasks that are essential to our product pipeline and regulatory success.

• Development & Analysis: Conduct development trials and meticulously compile and evaluate the resulting development and stability data.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare essential technical documents, including Master Formula Records (MFR), Product Development Reports (PDR), protocols, and final reports.
• Technology Transfer: Provide crucial support for the successful technology transfer of drug products from the lab to our manufacturing plant.
• Stability Studies: Conduct stability batches as required, ensuring accurate data collection and review for trend analysis.
• Regulatory Support: Perform all necessary activities to fulfill regulatory submission requirements and prepare reports to address any regulatory queries.
• Knowledge & Compliance: Stay updated on product submission knowledge for semi-regulated and regulated markets. Maintain current knowledge of key guidelines, such as ICH (International Council for Harmonisation).
• Lab Management: Meticulously document all experiments in the Lab Notebook (LN). Identify and request new equipment or instruments needed for upcoming projects and continuous lab improvement. You will also be responsible for documenting and reviewing entries in logbooks.
