The Role: Principal Investigator

This is a pivotal leadership role within our clinical operations. The Principal Investigator will provide medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance are met. You will be at the helm of studies that shape the next generation of healthcare.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Principal Investigator, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility. Your key duties will involve:

Scientific and Medical Leadership

• Conducting in-depth feasibility assessments for new molecules as requested by sponsors.
• Reviewing and providing critical input on clinical study protocols to ensure scientific validity and ethical soundness.

Study Oversight and Execution

• Acting as the primary Investigator, guaranteeing that all study procedures strictly adhere to the approved protocol.
• Supervising and mentoring the clinical study team, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Stakeholder and Regulatory Interaction

• Serving as the main point of contact for sponsors on all medical and scientific matters throughout the study lifecycle.
• Communicating effectively with the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) and other regulatory authorities.

Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance

• Taking full responsibility for managing all safety-related issues that arise during a clinical trial.
• Overseeing the monitoring, management, and reporting of all adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).

Organizational Advancement

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our research processes by updating departmental systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications:

• Education: An MD in Pharmacology is essential for this role.
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven, relevant experience in a clinical research environment is required.
