This program offers an excellent platform for freshers to gain hands-on practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to real-world manufacturing and R&D operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Exclusively for fresh graduates of 2024 or 2025 with the above-mentioned qualifications
- Must carry Provisional Certificate (mandatory), Degree Certificate, and complete semester mark sheets
- Candidates previously covered under Employee State Insurance (ESI) or Provident Fund (PF) are not eligible
- Good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and passion for pharma manufacturing are highly valued
