- Qualification Required: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience Required: 11 – 14 years in QA for Injectable Regulated Plants
Key Responsibilities
- Perform equipment qualification including autoclaves, vial washing machines, tunnels, filling machines, UAF, mobile carts, and DPB qualifications.
- Execute HVAC qualification for sterile facilities.
- Undertake utility qualification such as Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), Nitrogen, Compressed Air, and CO₂ quantification.
- Prepare and design protocols for DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ stages.
- Draft and execute room/incubator mapping protocols.
- Review and finalize executed qualification reports as per pre-approved protocols.
