Production Officer Role Overview

We seek dedicated Production Officers for our Vadodara facility. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and a commitment to quality.

• Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. from recognized institutions.
• Experience: 2–5 years in pharmaceutical production (API or formulation).
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain online documentation in batch manufacturing records and logbooks.
• Perform calibration and daily verification of weighing balances.
• Ensure machine and area cleaning per standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance before operations.
• Allocate tasks to operators and workmen per production plans.
• Monitor temperature and humidity in processing areas.
• Conduct in-process checks during manufacturing and filling stages.
• Initiate rejection, deviation, incident, and change control processes.
• Ensure product quality and storage per SOPs.
• Manage validation batches and prepare for regulatory audits.
• Follow labeling procedures for equipment, areas, and products.
• Receive raw materials and coordinate with QC for product release.
• Verify product yield at each stage per batch records.
• Report shift abnormalities to the Production Manager promptly.
