Job Role: Officer – Formulation & Development
This role focuses on developing new products, improving existing ones, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll drive technology transfer and quality enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews for raw materials and intermediates.
- Procure materials for formulation development.
- Develop new products and enhance existing product quality.
- Document the entire product development cycle.
- Facilitate technology transfer to pilot or commercial batches.
- Handle and investigate product complaints.
- Collaborate with marketing for product feedback.
- Lead research teams under senior guidance.
- Prepare in-use stability protocols and reports.
- Ensure GMP and GDP compliance and prepare regulatory documents.
