Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure
This role is pivotal for maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our core IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight.
Core Qualifications and Educational Background
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A proven track record of 2 to 5 years in managing complex IT environments.
- Prior experience within the pharma industry or a similarly regulated environment (GxP) is a significant advantage.
Essential Technical Proficiencies
The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge in the following areas:
- Network & Server Management: Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate networks, servers, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Cybersecurity Protocols: Implementation and administration of Firewall and Antivirus solutions to protect sensitive data.
- Enterprise Software: Mastery of Windows Server environments and Microsoft Office 365 product suite administration.
- Pharma-Specific Applications: Hands-on experience with Waters Empower LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and other lab solution applications is highly desirable.
- Data Integrity: Expertise in executing reliable data backup and restoration procedures to ensure business continuity.
