Production Roles

• Department: Production
• Role: Operator, Sr. Operator, Officer, Jr. Executive, Executive (Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Granulation, Inspection)
• Experience: 1–7 years
• Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm with relevant experience

QC Roles

• Department: Quality Control
• Role: Operator, Sr. Operator, Officer, Jr. Executive, Executive (HPLC, GC, IP/FP, LCMS, Stability, RM, PM)
• Experience: 3–8 years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc., M.Pharm with relevant experience

Packing Roles

• Department: Packing
• Role: Operator, Sr. Operator, Officer, Jr. Executive, Executive (Blister Packing & Bottle Packing)
• Experience: 1–8 years
• Education/Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm with relevant experience

Skills/Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in production processes like granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Proficiency in QC instruments including HPLC, GC, LCMS for stability, RM, and PM testing
• Expertise in packing operations such as blister and bottle packing lines
• Relevant technical qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharm for production/packing; M.Sc., M.Pharm for QC
• 1–8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with GMP compliance
• Strong understanding of in-process (IP) and finished product (FP) quality checks
• Ability to handle inspection, data recording, and troubleshooting in fast-paced settings

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment for granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling in production
• Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and LCMS for raw materials, stability, and finished products
• Perform IP/FP quality checks, protocol execution, and report generation in QC
• Manage blister and bottle packing lines, ensuring accurate labeling and batch reconciliation
• Inspect products for defects, adhere to safety protocols, and support line clearance activities
• Collaborate with teams to meet production targets and regulatory standards
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
