Job Description

Natco Pharma is hiring for Operators, Supervisors, and Training Coordinators in Production & Packing (OSD) and training departments. These roles suit freshers and experienced professionals with formulation and regulatory exposure, focusing on oncology and non-oncology products.

Operators & Supervisors – OSD Production & Packing

• Department: Production & Packing (OSD)
• Role: Operators & Supervisors
• Experience: 0–6 years
• Education/Qualification: I.T.I / Diploma / B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy

Training Coordinator – OSD & Sterile Production & Packing

• Department: Training
• Role: Training Coordinator
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Education/Qualification: B. Sc / B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy

Skills/Qualifications

• I.T.I, Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm for production and packing operations
• B.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm for training coordination
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Hands-on experience in granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and blister/bottle packing
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and SOPs
• Formulation experience with regulatory exposure preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in granulation (RMG, FBD, ACG, GEA), compression (GEA, Sejong), coating (NEOCOTA), capsule filling (Bosch, MGO2), blister packing (CAM/IMA/ACG), and bottle packing (CVC, Optel) lines
• Supervise production lines including granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations
• Conduct SOP training sessions for staff, casuals, and workmen on the shop floor
• Ensure effective training delivery and maintain comprehensive training records
• Adhere to cGMP and regulatory guidelines in all activities
