Alivus Life Sciences is hiring for API Production and Engineering Maintenance/Instrumentation roles at its Dahej plant. These positions suit professionals with 2–7 years of experience in API manufacturing, focusing on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

API Production

• Department: API Production
• Role: Operator/Technician
• Experience: 2–6 years
• Education/Qualification: Diploma Chemical/B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry

Engineering Maintenance/Instrumentation

• Department: Engineering
• Role: Maintenance/Instrumentation Technician
• Experience: 2–7 years
• Education/Qualification: Relevant qualifications in Engineering/Instrumentation

Skills/Qualifications

• Diploma Chemical, B.Sc, or M.Sc Chemistry for API Production
• Relevant engineering qualifications for maintenance/instrumentation roles
• Hands-on experience with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and clean room equipment
• Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory documentation
• Expertise in PLC and field instruments for instrumentation roles
• Familiarity with utility equipment is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reactors, centrifuges, and clean room equipment in API production
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment like reactors, dryers, and centrifuges
• Handle PLC and field instruments for instrumentation tasks
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory documentation standards
• Support process optimization and equipment maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with teams to meet production and quality targets
