Advanced Clinical is hiring a Safety Assistant to support pharmacovigilance in clinical trials and post-marketing safety. Safety Assistant

• Department: Global Safety Services
• Role: Ensure accurate collection, storage, and processing of safety data; monitor inboxes, triage cases, and maintain trackers.
• Experience: 1+ years in safety roles, preferably in a CRO.
• Education/Qualification: Not specified in posting.

Skills/Qualifications

• Proficiency in Veeva Vault Safety, ARISg (LifeSphere MultiVigilance), MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills under constraints.
• Experience in global teams and knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations.
• Excellent communication for liaising with clinical sites and reporters.
• Familiarity with ICH GCP, privacy laws, and clinical research tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist in creating safety documentation like management plans and training materials.
• Monitor GSS mailboxes, safety database, and fax inboxes; redact, file, and assign cases.
• Perform initial triage, data entry into safety databases, and update trackers.
• Create and quality-check final SAE packages for TMF filing.
• Liaise with medical teams, sites, and reporters on adverse events.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and provide safety training.
• Track and file report submissions to authorities and ethics committees.
