Pharmacovigilance Services Associate
- Department: Pharmacovigilance Operations – Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy / Master of Pharmacy
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong foundation in drug safety and pharmacovigilance principles
- Proficiency in case processing, MedDRA coding, and ICSR management
- Ability to solve routine problems using guidelines and precedents
- Excellent attention to detail for data entry and reconciliation
- Effective communication for team interactions and follow-ups
- Adaptability to rotational shifts and moderate supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports per process
- Perform written follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases
- Create and process ICSRs in safety database per guidelines
- Handle case identification, data entry, coding, and submissions
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
